Our log or timber-frame home packages are milled and built here in Kentucky and by our partners in Tennessee, working hand and hand with the homebuilders from design to delivery and installation.

What Comes in a Home Package?
When you buy a complete home package through us, we work with the homeowner and designers to come up with a blueprint and layout that can translate into a traditionally crafted log or timber-frame home. We have our timber frame partners work up a plan for the logs and timbers, and we work with you to help pick the perfect tongue and groove, cabinets, accent work, and any other millwork your house needs to become a home.
Once a package is assembled, we arrange for it to be delivered to the jobsite where our partner's professional crew erect the structure, and then the job's general contractor takes over. We mill and provide all the millwork chosen in the early planning stages and deliver it for installation, setting you up with our recommended installers for your area and our affiliate craftsmen who will get you the highest quality roof installation and run all the electrical, plumbing, HVAC, etc.
Building a home can be a headache. Our job is to help you make the connections and get an all-in-one package ready to build so you can move in as soon as practical with as little headache as possible.

Since then, they have constructed thousands of faithful reproductions of those 150-200 year old, heart-stopping, hewn, and dove-tailed homes that became as iconic as American Apple Pie.
We teamed up with Hearthstone because they are not only superior quality, but they have taken what was once a laborious trade with the hand axe and the adze, and brought it into the 21st century without sacrificing any of that iconic look. From blueprinting to raising the structure, we trust our partners at Hearthstone to deliver and together we bring a unique and easy-to-design complete home package.
