Custom Millwork

While we are a manufacturing facility, our bread-and-butter has always been our flexibility to take on those custom projects that will make a bland space into a custom home. Because of this, we're happy to hear out anyone on any build they have and see if it's something our craftsmen could turn out at the quality we demand from our products.

If you have something you need built, we either can build it in house, or recommend another friend in our industry and get you pointed in the right direction. Custom-Made is our specialty, and we'll do anything we can to make sure your custom build is exactly what you want, because that's what separates it from an off-the-shelf compromise.

Planing & Sanding

A lot of woodworkers don't have the money to invest in large, heavy, one or two-times usage equipment. Or they have a large order that needs to be planed from 4/4 thickness to 3/4" and a benchtop planer or hand sander is going to take eons to process.

We allow people to bring their materials to the shop so we can help them burn through that monotony and save time. Our industrial planer and double drum sander can take your material and get it to the exact finish you desire, saving you time and money in the long run.

If you've got a live-edge slab, trim, a butcher block counter or a solid oak table top, if it's a rectangle we can get it to where you need it to go.

Texturing

Planing & Sanding

Building with any type of reclaimed wood can be a daunting task. You have to pull the nails, mill it down and take off some of the patina you're actually trying to preserve.

We have a partnership with a manufacturer that allows us to replicate that same look on any piece of wood. If you have a batch of lumber you need kiln dried, we're happy to send it off and have it textured to look like hand hewn timbers, old-style circle sawn lumber, or even the cracked and weathered look of long-exposed boards, without sacrificing the integrity of the planking.
